The Piers of California

Here you’ll find pictures of California piers from locations throughout the entire state!  Piers in California can be either private and/or public piers.  There are around 50+ public piers in the entire state of California.

Piers are a great place to take some really AMAZING photos! Some of the best sunset photos I’ve taken have been shot at piers.  California piers are also a great place to get some exercise and see some beautiful sights.  Also one of the best parts about California piers is the fact ANYONE can fish off of them! no permit required, absolutely FREE!

  1. The three photos look great! I took a photo many years ago of a pier in Southern CA that had tall thin lights with something looking like wings and palm trees directly on pier. Does that sound familiar to you?

    • thanks! I’m glad you liked my photos! beautiful state California is. I don’t think I know what pier you are talking about in Southern California but I’d like to see photos and visit myself. Do you have a way of posting your pier picture online? I’d love to see it!
